Having trouble locating that part? The sad truth is - over the years, hundreds of brands of stoves have come and gone... making many parts impossible to find. That's OK, because maybe it's time to upgrade to a new stove anyway... But if you are particularly attached to what you have, we might be able to help. We have an extensive parts inventory and 'bone yard' as well as access to after market parts specialists. Sometimes parts take weeks to get... or even months... because at times, parts need to be made or imported. If you don't see what you are looking for, contact us and we'll try to find it for you. Also check the boneyard page - you never know what you'll find! But please! Don't try to make the wrong parts fit or use spare parts to create your own stove. This can be very dangerous as well as violate federal law. The first step is finding out which model you have! We try to make this easier with images, parts blow-out diagrams, and descriptions. Look for the safety testing label on your unit. There should be a model number as well as manufacturer. If you have the owner's manual, it can help but sometimes the owner's manual may not be specific enough to your exact model. Sometimes owners have the wrong manual. Accuracy counts when ordering parts. |
